We're a small team and we read every message. The fastest way to get help is to email us directly with what's going on and, if you're reporting a bug, the device you're using.

Subscription billing & cancellation

LinguaSphere subscriptions are billed through Google Play. To cancel, change tier, or update payment:

  • On your phone: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → LinguaSphere
  • From a browser: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Refunds and prorations follow Google Play's policy. We cannot issue refunds outside that policy or cancel a subscription on your behalf.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app or by email. See linguasphere.app/delete-account for the full process and what happens to your data.

Bug reports

When something breaks, the most helpful details are:

  • Your device and OS version (e.g. Pixel 7, Android 14)
  • What you were doing when it happened
  • What you expected vs. what actually happened
  • A screenshot or screen recording if you have one

Feature requests

We keep a running list and prioritize based on how many people ask for the same thing. Tell us what's missing — even a one-liner helps.

Privacy & data requests

Email privacy@linguasphere.app for data exports, corrections, or any other privacy-related question. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how we use it.

Response time

We aim to reply to every message within 2 business days. Account-deletion requests are confirmed within 7 days and completed within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
